1: In what way did the first interview affect your presentation? Please explain, be specific and use an example.
To be honest, in my first interview we didn't talk about the topic I presented. In my interview we mainly discussed what I should expect when I first get my guide dog puppy, how I should train my puppy and where I could do my service learning. So, my interview really had nothing to do with my presentation.
2. What would you say stood out about your presentation performance and why?
I think what stood out about my presentation was the information that I gave, I explained where formal guide dog schools originated, why the schools were created in the first place, and how guide dogs came to America.
3. What was most challenging and why?
For me the most challenging part was actually presenting my topic. I knew my topic perfectly and I had a clear understanding of everything I researched, the only problem I faced was the presenting it to the class because I am incredibly shy and will never get over the fear of speaking to an audience.

Blog 3: Senior Project Presentation
Lesson: History of Guide Dogs
Objective: The audience will learn the history of how service dogs came into common use.
Procedure:
Step 1: Introduce my topic by asking the audience, "Does anyone know who was the first group of people who benefited from Guide Dogs?" I'll then call on three random people in the audience.
Step 2: Tell audience what my objective is for this mini lesson.
Step 3: I will then begin to tell the audience about the history of Guide Dogs and use my visual to aid me.
Step 4: Next I will check for understanding by calling on audience members to see what they have learned.
Step 5: I will then conclude my mini lesson, ask for further questions and ask if anyone needs further clarification.
Check for Understanding: To check for understanding I will ask a question and call on a random audience member to answer.
Resources/Materials: For materials i will have a poster board with picture and text regarding the history of G.D.s. I will need a table to hold up my poster board and have all the desks facing the white board.

Blog 2: Interview Check
Who are you interviewing and why?
I am hoping to interview Samantha (former I Polyer) for my first interview. I think that she will make a great first interview because she can give me first hand tips on what i should focus my project on and how i should train my guide dog.
What additional questions will you ask them (in addition to the required five)?
The additional questions i would ask are...
Q: What first made you interested in raising a guide dog?
Q: What are the biggest factors I have to consider when raising and training a guide dog?
Q: How did you adjust to having to take care of a guide dog 24/7?

Blog 1: Senior Project Topic
Q: What is your senior project?
My senior project is Guide Dogs.
Q: Why?
I chose this topic because I have always loved and have always felt comfortable working with animals. I personally wanted to deal with a topic that would have me working along side a animal and in the end create a positive life altering experience for an individual in need.
Q: What do you hope to accomplish after studying this topic?
I hope to understand the discipline, obedience and love that it takes to create a hard working and dependable seeing eye dog.
